Delta Zetas are united in the bonds of sincere and lasting friendship, they encourage one another in the pursuit of knowledge, and they develop plans for guidance and unity in action. Every year, new members are paired with a "Big Sister" mentor. The bonds between Delta Zetas are most evident in their every day interactions, but especially between "Big Sister" and "Little Sister."
